公墓使用年限到期后怎么办？

超过年限需要继续使用的，墓主应向公墓管理单位办理延期手续，逾期1年未办理，公墓管理单位可自行处理。
法律依据：
《公墓管理暂行办法》 第二条 在火葬区，要提倡骨灰深埋、撒放等一次性处理，也可经批准有计划地建立骨灰公墓。在土葬改革区，应有计划地建立遗体公墓或骨灰公墓。
