释义	法律分析：可以的，但是不要超过国家规定的限额。法律依据：《中华人民共和国烟草专卖法》各地从1993年3月1日起恢复烟草及其制品的邮寄业务。邮寄卷烟、雪茄烟每件以二条（400支）为限（二者合寄时亦限二条）。邮寄烟叶、烟丝每件以五公斤为限（二者合寄不得超过十公斤）。用户邮寄烟草及其制品，每人每次限寄一件，不准多件邮寄。邮电部门要加强收寄验视，防止一次多件或多次交寄的做法，并严格邮件封装，确保运递安全。
