释义	第一步：进行工伤认定。用人单位应当自事故伤害发生之日或者被诊断、鉴定为职业病之日起30日内；工伤职工或者其近亲属、工会组织在事故伤害发生之日或者被诊断、鉴定为职业病之日起1年内；应向统筹地区社会保险行政部门提出工伤认定申请，并按照《工伤保险条例》第十八条规定，提交相关申请材料。第二步：到医疗机构就医并康复治疗。职工因工作遭受事故伤害或者患职业病进行治疗，享受工伤医疗待遇。第三步：进行劳动能力鉴定。职工发生工伤，经治疗伤情相对稳定后存在残疾、影响劳动能力的，应进行劳动能力鉴定。
