签了一年合同不想干了可以辞职吗

法律分析：可以。只要提前30天向公司提交书面形式的离职通知书即可解除劳动合同。员工不需要任何理由，也不用单位批准，但用人单位不承担经济补偿。同时这属于个人原因中断就业，辞职后领不到失业金。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。
