城市道路同向三车道，行驶速度分别是多少？？关于车速限制：如果是城市高速公路：左侧高限速120-110公里，中间车道限速：110-90，右车道90-60公里。有具体限速的，按照高速公路的相关限速行驶。如果是普通城市道路：各车道不得超过 每小时70公里。《道路交通安全法实施条例》第78条规定：“高速公路应当标明车道的行驶速度，最高车速不得超过每小时120公里，最低车速不得低于每小时60公里。《道路交通安全法实施条例》第四十五条：机动车在道路上行驶不得超过限速标志、标线标明的速度。在没有限速标志、标线的道路上，机动车不得超过下列最高行驶速度： 没有道路中心线的道路，城市道路为每小时30公里，公路为每小时40公里；同方向只有1条机动车道的道路，城市道路为每小时50公里，公路为每小时70公里。开车不带行驶证和驾驶证的，会被扣车：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十五条 上道路行驶的机动车未悬挂机动车号牌，未放置检验合格标志、保险标志，或者未随车携带行驶证、驾驶证的，公安机关交通管理部门应当扣留机动车，通知当事人提供相应的牌证、标志或者补办相应手续，并可以依照本法第九十条的规定予以处罚。当事人提供相应的牌证、标志或者补办相应手续的，应当及时退还机动车。这样解释好理解吗？
