释义	法律分析：下岗职工(男、女)工龄达到30年以上，全日制毕业包分配的大学本科生工龄26年以上、专科27年、研究生25年以上的，每月领取600元左右的基本生活费，达到“提前准退休”年龄段后，本人可以自行选择退休，或选择不退休; 若本人选择提前退休的，停止发放基本生活费，按其退休工资发放。若本人愿意拿基本生活费的，直到正式退休，基本生活费自行停止。法律依据：《劳动法》第四十六条工资分配应当遵循按劳分配原则，实行同工同酬。工资水平在经济发展的基础上逐步提高。国家对工资总量实行宏观调控。
