法律分析：首先，在我国性侵采取狭义说，特指男性使用暴力或非暴力的手段，违背女性的意志，强行与她发生性交行为。男性被性侵了在司法上只能构成强制猥亵罪。男性被性侵了应当及时保存证据，如不要洗澡、不要擅自清理案发现场，保留行为人的痕迹证据等，马上报警，等待警察介入。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》 第二百三十七条 以暴力、胁迫或者其他方法强制猥亵他人或者侮辱妇女的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
聚众或者在公共场所当众犯前款罪的，或者有其他恶劣情节的，处五年以上有期徒刑。
