释义	1、违反本条例规定修建大型露天宗教造像的，由宗教事务部门会同国土、规划、建设、旅游等部门责令停止施工，限期拆除，有违法所得的，没收违法所得；情节严重的，并处造像建设工程造价百分之五以上百分之十以下的罚款。 2、投资、承包经营宗教活动场所或者大型露天宗教造像的，由宗教事务部门会同工商、规划、建设等部门责令改正，并没收违法所得；情节严重的，由登记管理机关吊销该宗教活动场所的登记证书，并依法追究相关人员的责任。法律依据《宗教事务条例》第七十二条
