释义	法律分析：我国法律对法定代表人无国籍要求，登记时只需提交公司的任职证明和法定代表人的身份证明即可。因此外国人完全可以担任公司法定代表人。法定代表人指依法律或法人章程规定代表法人行使职权的负责人。我国法律实行单一法定代表人制，一般认为法人的正职行政负责人为其惟一法定代表人。法定代表人与公司法人在内部关系上也往往是劳动合同关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第十三条公司法定代表人依照公司章程的规定，由董事长、执行董事或者经理担任，并依法登记。公司法定代表人变更，应当办理变更登记。
