抽逃出资的含义是什么

抽逃出资是指在公司验资注册后，股东将所缴出资暗中撤回，却仍保留股东身份和原有出资数额的一种欺诈性违法行为。抽逃出资包括抽逃注册资本和抽逃股东出资。
抽逃注册资本属于违法犯罪行为，这不仅侵犯了公司的利益，而且可能侵犯公司以外第三人的利益，如公司的债权人，因此法律严令禁止，情节严重的还构成犯罪。
【法律依据】
《公司法》第二百条，公司的发起人、股东在公司成立后，抽逃其出资的，由公司登记机关责令改正，处以所抽逃出资金额百分之五以上百分之十五以下的罚款。
