释义	法律分析：要约撤回是要约人阻止要约的生效，在到达生效前，撤回要约的意思表示。要约撤销是要约人撤销要约的效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十一条行为人可以撤回意思表示。撤回意思表示的通知应当在意思表示到达相对人前或者与意思表示同时到达相对人。第四百七十七条撤销要约的意思表示以对话方式作出的，该意思表示的内容应当在受要约人作出承诺之前为受要约人所知道；撤销要约的意思表示以非对话方式作出的，应当在受要约人作出承诺之前到达受要约人。
