释义	律师解答：支票原则上不是不能折叠的,只要支票上的印签章没有折痕就可以了,因为银行核对支票时,就是将支票上的印签章沿对角线对折与银行预留的印签卡核对,如果这里有了折痕就会影响银行的正确判断。折损严重是不能兑现的,如果折损严重可以去银行更换。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国票据法》第七条票据上的签章，为签名、盖章或者签名加盖章。法人和其他使用票据的单位在票据上的签章，为该法人或者该单位的盖章加其法定代表人或者其授权的代理人的签章。在票据上的签名，应当为该当事人的本名。
