释义
不是的，60个工作日没有特殊节假日的话是12个星期。除去其中的法定节假日后其余天数累计为60天即为60个工作日。工作日是以日为计算单位的工作时间。从起算时间开始按每个工作日计量即可得出，事实上需要经过多少天。法律法规：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条 国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。第五十一条 劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
