法律分析：根据国家的相关规定，为了避免污染到环境和影响到邻居的周末休息，所以周六周日是不允许装修的。另外我们在周一到周五的装修也是有时间规定的，在中午的12点到下午2点和晚上的6点到第2天早上8点这一段时间，虽然我们可以进行装修，但是不可以发出噪声，影响到邻居休息，所以只能进行墙面的粉刷和或者是瓷砖的铺设等工作，钻孔什么的绝对不可以，否则邻居是有权投诉我们的。
法律依据：《住宅室内装饰装修管理办法》第二十六条装饰装修企业从事住宅室内装饰装修活动，应当严格遵守规定的装饰装修施工时间，降低施工噪音，减少环境污染。
