释义	法律分析：录音作为法庭证据，有以下限制： 1、录音尽量保存原始载体； 2、录音不得侵犯他人隐私； 3、录音尽量不要单独作为法庭证据； 4、当事人出示的录音证据未被剪接、剪辑或者伪造，前后连接紧密，内容未被篡改，具有客观真实性和连贯性。法律依据：《最高人民法院〈关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定〉》第二十二条调查人员调查收集计算机数据或者录音、录像等视听资料的，应当要求被调查人提供有关资料的原始载体。提供原始载体确有困难的，可以提供复制件。
