串烟怎么处罚
释义
香烟串货是指没有经过法定渠道进货的香烟，属于违法行为。如果经营者串烟销售，未在当地烟草卖批发企业进货的，由烟草卖行政主管部门没收违法所得，可处以进货总额5%以上10%以下的罚款。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国烟草专卖实施条例》第六十条规定：取得烟草专卖零售许可证的企业或者个人违反本条例第二十五条第二款的规定，未在当地烟草专卖批发企业进货的，由烟草专卖行政主管部门没收违法所得，可处以进货总额百分之五以上百分之十以下的罚款。
