问题	青少年多大年龄就可以进行劳教
释义	应该从从十六周岁算起。对有轻微犯罪行为、屡教不改，家庭、社会管不了，而又不够逮捕判刑的少数青少年，年龄小的，送工读学校，年龄大的，送劳动教养。凡年满十六周岁以上的，经劳动教养管理委员会审查批准，可以实行劳动教养。凡不满十六周岁的，送工读学校或少年犯管教所。对于不符合上述规定而实行劳动教养，现仍不足十六岁的违法犯罪少年，应按本通知精神，进行清理，酌情或解除劳教，或送工读学校，或送少年犯管教所。
