释义	法律主观：诚实信用原则是指在合同订立、履行、变更、解除等各个阶段，乃至合同关系终止后，合同当事人行使权利、履行义务应当讲诚实，守信用，相互协作配合，不损害他人利益和社会利益等。诚实信用原则，在大陆法系被视为债法中的最高指导原则，有“帝王规则”之称，它适用于物权、债权等各种民事法律关系，尤其在民法典律关系中是一项非常重要的原则。
