多收电费应该怎样投诉？

如果情况属实，很显然是违法的。可以到电力局投诉。主要是违反了中华人民共和国电力法，电力供应与使用条例，供电营业规则等相关的法律条文。国家对电费的收取是有一定制度的和标准的。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国电力法》 第三十七条 上网电价实行同网同质同价。具体办法和实施步骤由国务院规定。电力生产企业有特殊情况需另行制定上网电价的，具体办法由国务院规定。
