释义	法律分析：债务置换大约在同一时间购买和销售，有效迅速地使用旧债券换得一套新的债券。它也是政府为解决财政危机使用的一种延长国债到期支付时间的方法，通过发行新的债券来换回之前国家债券持有者手中的即将到期的老债券，一般来说，新债券期限更长，收益更高。债务置换又称为债券置换或者债权置换。法律依据：《中华人民共和国银行法》第二十九条对整体商业银行来说，表现为超储增多(央行资产规模扩大的部分)，资产结构也发生改变，由高息短期贷款变为低息长期债券。
