一、主播合作合同有法律效力吗
1、主播合作合同有法律效力，但还要满足如下要求：
（1）合同的当事人必须具有订立合同的行为能力；
（2）意思表示真实；
（3）主播合作合同不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗；
（4）其他要求。
2、法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百九十条
当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自当事人均签名、盖章或者按指印时合同成立。在签名、盖章或者按指印之前，当事人一方已经履行主要义务，对方接受时，该合同成立。
二、主播收入多少要交税
主播交税的范围如下：
1、工资范围在1-5000元之间的，包括5000元，适用个人所得税税率为0%；
2、工资范围在5000-8000元之间的，包括8000元，适用个人所得税税率为3%；
3、工资范围在8000-17000元之间的，包括17000元，适用个人所得税税率为10%；
4、工资范围在60000-85000元之间的，包括85000元，适用个人所得税税率为35%；
5、工资范围在85000元以上的，适用个人所得税税率为45%。
