2010年1月1日以后，现役军人因战、因公牺牲或致残，以及义务兵和初级士官因病致残，可以同时享受军人伤亡保险金和军人人身意外伤害保险金。烈士保险金标准由8.64万元提高到60万元，因公牺牲由5.76万元提高到30万元，1至10级残疾由原标准最高5.04万元至最低0.48万元，提高到现标准最高14.5万元至最低1.75万元不等。
法律依据：《工伤保险条例》规定：职工因工致残被鉴定为十级伤残的享受以下待遇：
（一）从工伤保险基金支付一次性伤残补助金为6个月本人工资；
（二）劳动合同期满终止或者职工本人提出解除劳动合同，由用人单位按照各省、自治区、直辖市规定的标准，支付一次性工伤医疗补助金和伤残就业补助金。 本人工资是指工伤职工受事故伤害前12个月平均月缴费工资；本人工资标准不得低于当地职工平均工资的60％。 《劳动合同法实施条例》第二十三条规定：用人单位依法终止工伤职工的劳动合同的，除依照劳动合同法第四十七条的规定支付经济补偿外，还应当依照国家有关工伤保险的规定支付一次性工伤医疗补助金和伤残就业补助金。
