问题	专利证书遗失能否补发
释义	专利证书丢失后一般是不能补办的，但是因专利局的原因导致证书丢失的，可以申请补发。法律依据：《专利审查指南》第一条专利证书打印错误的更正。专利证书中存在打印错误时，专利权人可以退回该证书，请求专利局更正。专利局经核实为打印错误的，应予更正，并应当将更换的证书发给专利权人。原证书记载"已更换" 字样后存入专利申请案卷。专利证书遗失的，除专利局的原因造成的以外，不予补发。该内容由闫园律师和点行律询共创回答
