释义	已经办理了离婚登记的离婚协议书不能再进行变更。因为办理了离婚登记后，离婚协议书就生效了，对于双方都具有约束力，不得进行变更。如果双方就离婚协议约定的内容反悔了，只能通过提起民事诉讼的方式解决，但是不能更改离婚协议书的内容。法律依据《民法典》第一千零七十六条，夫妻双方自愿离婚的，应当签订书面离婚协议，并亲自到婚姻登记机关申请离婚登记。离婚协议应当载明双方自愿离婚的意思表示和对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的意见。
