释义	同工同酬是指用人单位对于技术和劳动熟练程度相同的劳动者在从事同种工作时，不分性别、年龄、民族、区域等差别，只要提供相同的劳动量，就获得相同的劳动报酬。同工同酬必须具备三个条件：工作岗位、工作内容相同；以不同方式付出了与别人同样的劳动工作量；同样的工作量取得相同的工作业绩。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十六条工资分配应当遵循按劳分配原则，实行同工同酬。工资水平在经济发展的基础上逐步提高。国家对工资总量实行宏观调控。
