释义	法律分析：不能断绝，我国法律没有断绝亲属关系的程序,也不承认任何类似行为, 当事人双方永远是姐弟。一般情况下，姐弟之间是没有抚养关系的，如果相互之间矛盾较大，可以相互不来往。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零七十五条有负担能力的兄、姐，对于父母已经死亡或者父母无力抚养的未成年弟、妹，有扶养的义务。　　由兄、姐扶养长大的有负担能力的弟、妹，对于缺乏劳动能力又缺乏生活来源的兄、姐，有扶养的义务。
