释义	法律分析：委托人对价格鉴证机构出具的《价格认证书》有异议的，可以向原认证机构要求补充认证或者重新认证。委托人仍然有异议时，可以委托上级政府价格主管部门设立的价格鉴证机构重新认证。法律依据：《价格认证管理办法》第十九条行政执法机关、司法机关、监察机关以及经济仲裁机构，对《价格认证书》有异议的，按照《扣押、追缴、没收物品估价管理办法》规定的涉案物品价格鉴定程序，由执法、司法机关另行委托相关价格鉴证机构进行价格鉴定。
