释义	法律分析：法律形式又称为法律渊源，指那些来源不同（制定法与非制定法、立法机关制定与政府制定，等等）、因而具有法的不同效力意义和作用的法的外在表现形式。我国法的形式具体可以分为以下8类：宪法，法律，行政法规，地方性法规，自治条例和单行条例，规章，特别行政区的法律，国际条约。法律依据：法的形式不是以立法的形式规定而得到的，而是通过立法表现出来的，因此法的形式并无相关法条可援引，只能见之于法理学理论。
