承诺注销是什么意思
释义
法律分析：即承诺对企业注销后遗留或者未清理债务，负责处理。在审判实务中，因未明确表示由承诺人对注销企业的债务承担民事责任，故一般只认定该承诺人对企业遗留或未清理的债务进行清算。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》 第二十条 公司未经依法清算即办理注销登记，股东或者第三人在公司登记机关办理注销登记时承诺对公司债务承担责任，债权人主张其对公司债务承担相应民事责任的，人民法院应依法予以支持。
