释义	法律分析：重婚罪是指有配偶又与他人结婚或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的行为。重婚有两种情况：一是法律上重婚，指有配偶的人与他人登记结婚，指到婚姻登记机关进行结婚登记。二是事实上重婚，即有配偶的人与他人以夫妻名义共同生活。重婚罪侵犯的客体是一夫一妻制的婚姻关系。构成重婚罪，一般处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
