释义	其杀伤力较强，可以致人重伤或者死亡。弩与管制刀具一样属于管制器具，任何人不得非法携带，更不能经营和运输。要是私自经销（直销）此类产品是会被行政处罚的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第三十二条非法携带枪支、弹药或者弩、匕首等国家规定的管制器具的，处5日以下拘留，可以并处500元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处警告或者200元以下罚款。非法携带枪支、弹药或者弩、匕首等国家规定的管制器具进入公共场所或者公共交通工具的，处5日以上10日以下拘留，可以并处500元以下罚款。
