释义	阻碍军事行动罪，是指非军职人员采用各种非法手段，阻挠武装部队的军事行动，造成严重后果的行为。本罪是结果犯，行为人故意阻碍武装部队的军事行动，必须“造成严重后果”的，才构成犯罪，予以立案侦查。法律依据《刑法》第三百六十八条，故意阻碍武装部队军事行动，造成严重后果的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
