释义	拍三面照并不能说明你的行为违法，只是涉嫌违法，警察会拍三面照，采集指纹、DNA，以此来调查案件事实。法律依据：《公安机关办理行政案件程序规定》第八十三条　对违法嫌疑人，可以依法提取或者采集肖像、指纹等人体生物识别信息；涉嫌酒后驾驶机动车、吸毒、从事恐怖活动等违法行为的，可以依照《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》《中华人民共和国禁毒法》《中华人民共和国反恐怖主义法》等规定提取或者采集血液、尿液、毛发、脱落细胞等生物样本。人身安全检查和当场检查时已经提取、采集的信息，不再提取、采集。
