释义	法律分析：没有区别，网上追逃，又名网上通缉、虚拟通缉，是指公安机关各部门、各警种在日常公安业务工作中，发挥各自的职责优势，发现可疑人员时，及时与公安网“全国在逃人员信息系统”或“全国在逃人员信息光盘”进行快速查询、比对、抓获在逃犯罪嫌疑人员的侦查机制。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百一十六条依法被关押的罪犯、被告人、犯罪嫌疑人脱逃的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。劫夺押解途中的罪犯、被告人、犯罪嫌疑人的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑；情节严重的，处七年以上有期徒刑。
