农村合作医疗能买药吗 |

农村合作医疗能买药，但是需要在指定的药店购买。农村合作医疗只能去指定的药店去买药，比如附近的合作医疗，或者定点的医院，还有就是一些特定的药房可以买药，否则买药是不给优惠的，这个具体还是根据当地那里的新农合的规定还有定点医院。
新型农村合作医疗报销范围：
1、参加人员在统筹期内因病在定点医院住院诊治所产生的药费、检查费、化验费、手术费、治疗费、护理费等符合城镇职工医疗保险报销范围的部分（即有效医药费用）；
2、新型农村合作医疗基金支付设立起付标准和最高支付限额。医院年起付标准以下的住院费用由个人自付。同一统筹期内达到起付标准的，住院两次及两次以上所产生的住院费用可累计报销。超过起付标准的住院费用实行分段计算，累加报销，每人每年累计报销有最高限额。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十六条
职工基本医疗保险、新型农村合作医疗和城镇居民基本医疗保险的待遇标准按照国家规定执行。
第二十七条
参加职工基本医疗保险的个人，达到法定退休年龄时累计缴费达到国家规定年限的，退休后不再缴纳基本医疗保险费，按照国家规定享受基本医疗保险待遇；未达到国家规定年限的，可以缴费至国家规定年限。
第二十八条
符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
