释义	法律分析：不合理，我国实行的是劳动者每日不超过八小时，每周不超过四十四小时的工时制度，用人单位需要加班的，应当向劳动者支付加班费，由此产生的纠纷，劳动者可以向劳动仲裁委员会申请仲裁，对仲裁结果不服的可以向法院提起民事诉讼。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十一条用人单位应当严格执行劳动定额标准，不得强迫或者变相强迫劳动者加班。用人单位安排加班的，应当按照国家有关规定向劳动者支付加班费。第三十六条国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。
