释义	报税是指企业向税务部门由报并办理有关纳税手续的过程，企业将抄税后的IC卡和打印的各种销项报表送至税务局纳税服务大厅，由受理报税的工作人员根据报税系统的要求进行报税，即读取IC卡上的开票信息，与各种销项报表相核对，进行报税处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》第二十六条规定，纳税人、扣缴义务人可以直接到税务机关办理纳税申报或者报送代扣代缴、代收代缴税款报告表，也可以按照规定采取邮寄、数据电文或者其他方式办理上述申报、报送事项。
