释义	法律分析：子公司是不可以和母公司同名的，不只是因为服务的主体不同。子公司是独立的法人，对外以自己的名义进行活动，在经营过程中发生的债权债务由自己独立承担，与母公司没有任何关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第十四条公司可以设立分公司。设立分公司，应当向公司登记机关申请登记，领取营业执照。分公司不具有法人资格，其民事责任由公司承担。公司可以设立子公司，子公司具有法人资格，依法独立承担民事责任。
