驾驶证实习期有12分。法律规定，机动车驾驶人在实习期内有记满12分记录的，注销其最高准驾车型驾驶资格，持有大型客车、牵引车、城市公交车、中型客车、大型货车驾驶证的驾驶人在一年实习期内记6分以上但未达到12分的，实习期限延长一年。法律规定上道路行驶的机动车未悬挂机动车号牌，未放置检验合格标志、保险标志，或者未随车携带行驶证、驾驶证的，公安机关交通管理部门应当扣留机动车，通知当事人提供相应的牌证、标志或者补办相应手续，并可以依照相关规定予以处罚。
