释义	法律分析：无效。判决书不能用电子邮件送达，由邮局专递送达，由本人签收。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十七条经受送达人同意，人民法院可以采用传真、电子邮件等能够确认其收悉的方式送达诉讼文书，但判决书、裁定书、调解书除外。采用前款方式送达的，以传真、电子邮件等到达受送达人特定系统的日期为送达日期。
