释义	法律分析：未约定利息的借条，债权人不能在要求还款时向债务人索要利息。如果借款时约定了还款期限，或者虽然没有约定还款期限，但是债权人已经催告债务人在一定期限内还款的，债务人过了期限仍不还款，债权人可以要求债务人支付逾期还款的利息。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十条借款的利息不得预先在本金中扣除。利息预先在本金中扣除的，应当按照实际借款数额返还借款并计算利息。
