释义	法律分析：仓单是指保管人向存货人开具的，证明保管物已经入库的单据。仓单是一种有价证券，也是一种货物所有权凭证。同时，仓单既是收到货物的证明，又是凭以提货的根据。仓单不可以通过背书流通转让，只有通过办理过户手续才能将仓单转让给第三人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百一十条仓单是提取仓储物的凭证。存货人或者仓单持有人在仓单上背书并经保管人签名或者盖章的，可以转让提取仓储物的权利。
