问题	被欺骗结婚的婚姻有效吗
释义	一方隐瞒真实情况或提供虚假证明形成的婚姻关系经民政部门登记后，实际是有效的。尽管存在欺诈行为，但并不影响已经缔结的婚姻的效力。但民法典规定如果是在婚前隐瞒重大疾病的，婚后另一方可以向法院申请撤销该婚姻，撤销后该婚姻自始无效。法律依据《民法典》第一千零五十三条，一方患有重大疾病的，应当在结婚登记前如实告知另一方；不如实告知的，另一方可以向人民法院请求撤销婚姻。请求撤销婚姻的，应当自知道或者应当知道撤销事由之日起一年内提出。
