没有骑缝章的合同被换页 -法律知识

法律分析:
视情况而定。法律并没有强制要求合同必须加盖骑缝章，也就是说不盖骑缝章合同不影响合同的效力。合同的变更需要当事人协商一致，如果一方在另一方不知情的情况下更改合同，合同可能无效；如果当事人协商一致更改合同，则合同继续有效。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百四十八条 一方以欺诈手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受欺诈方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
