释义	法律分析：签订了劳动合同，也可以辞职。辞职不需要单位同意。也不是必须填写公司的辞职书。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条提前30天书面提出解除劳动关系，不需要用人单位批准就可以离职。试用期提前3天书面提出；用人单位有义务结清工资并办理离职手续。第三十八条书面提出解除劳动关系后可以立即走人，不需要用人单位的批准，并可以要求支付剩余的工资及经济补偿金（标准为每工作1年支付1个月工资）。单位不支付的，可以申请劳动仲裁要求支付。
