释义	刚开的公司是否可以转让股份，要看公司类型。如果是有限责任公司，转让股权无时间限制，但是要征得其他股东过半数同意。如果是股份有限公司，发起人持有的股份，自公司成立一年内不得转让，如果不是发起人则无此时间限制。另外如果公司章程有相关规定的，要按照规定办理。法律依据: 《中外合资经营企业法实施条例》第二十条合营一方向第三者转让其全部或者部分股份的，必须经合营他方同意，并报批准机关批准，向登记管理机关办理变更登记手续。违法上述规定的，其转让无效。
