自然灾害等级划分规定

法律分析：
按照自然灾害的重大程度从重到轻依次分为 I、II、III、IV 这4个等级，并对每个等级的启动条件从死亡人数、紧急转移安置或需紧急生活救助人数、倒塌和严重损坏房屋数、干旱造成缺粮或缺水困难需要救助人数等方面作出了规定。
法律依据：
《国家特别重大、重大突发公共事件分级标准》 本标准作为各地区、各部门报送特别重大、重大突发公共事件信息的标准和按照突发公共事件总体应急预案、专项应急预案规定进行分级处置的依据。
