未成年可以一个人坐飞机吗

法律分析：可以。“无人陪伴儿童”服务指的是乘坐飞机时无成人（年满18周岁且有民事行为能力的人）同行的年满5周岁未满12周岁的儿童，办理的儿童无陪护手续。也就是通常所说的“儿童托运”。如果孩子年满12周岁但未满18周岁，也可自愿申请无成人陪伴儿童服务。不承办联程航班的无成人陪伴儿童业务。
法律依据：《中国民用航空旅客、行李运输规则》 第三十条 无成人陪伴儿童、无自理能力人，孕妇或者患病者乘机，应当经承运人同意，并事先作出安排。
