释义	法律分析: 电视挂角广告是违法的。广电总局禁止播出虚假违法广告和电视“挂角广告”、游动字幕广告。法律依据: 17号令和《广电总局进一步加强广播电视广告内容管理的通知》禁止时政新闻节目及同类栏目以企业或产品冠名。播出其他以企业或产品冠名节目、栏目，其冠名一律不得含有经营服务范围、项目、产品功能、联系方式、形象代言人等文字和图像。不得播出单一的企业、产品标志等“挂角广告”。
