释义	法律分析：重大误解是指当事人因为对相对人的行为或者合同的标的发生错误认识，从而是自己做出与自己意思相违背的行为，致使自己的利益遭受较大的损失的行为。基于重大误解签订的合同是可以撤销的合同。但是重大误解必须符合一定的条件才能构成并产生使合同撤销 (或者变更)的法律后果。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十七条基于重大误解实施的民事法律行为，行为人有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
